Sleep Schedules by Age
Sleep Schedules by Age
Babies 0 to 8 Weeks
Not much of a pattern. Baby’s naps will be sporadic and you cannot determine how long each one will be. Watch the clock though, a baby this age typically needs to go to sleep after being away for 45-60 minutes.
Babies 8 to 16 Weeks
Naps will start consolidating but may not be on a schedule yet. Baby can be awake a bit longer now, stretching their wake time to up to 1.5 hours at times. Takes 4 to 5 true naps. Bedtime can be anywhere from 6 to 8pm
